Role: Performance Tester

Loc: Boston, MA

Type of Hire: Contract opportunity

Duration: 08+Months





JD for Performance Tester:





1. Define Performance Test Strategy. Build performance test  apparatus (environments, tools, processes, etc to ensure that applications/services can support volumes

2.Be accountable for all the tools that will be licensed

a. Meet SLAs/Establish Escalation Process with internal users

b. Setup Tool(s)

c. Maintain On-boarding process for internal users - Ensure that AD is used to maintain users/teams

d. Define Backup requirements & operations (RPO - Recovery Point Objective, RTO - Recovery Time Objective, What, When, Frequency, Reporting) for all tools & applicable infrastructure. Ensure that backups are happening.

e. Establish Escalation Process with Tools/Service provider

f. L2 support (for internal users) for all tools built/bought/licensed

3. Own Production & 3-day environments

4. Perform load & stress test in Production – ensure that applications/systems/services exceed forecasted volumes

5. Work closely with Release Engineering to define a fully automated CI/CD pipeline, including testing

6. Manage Incident/Task issues related to Performance Testing
