The Business Analyst is a go-getter and problem solver, a listener and a strategic thinker. We are looking for an energetic talent to coordinate projects from idea to implementation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements gathering process and translate business needs into system solutions
Ensure business, functional, and technical requirements are captured, organized, approved by the business, and followed throughout the lifecycle of the project
Develop process flows, system workflows, and user interface designs for complex front office and back office systems
Coordinate application development, quality assurance, training, and documentation with user sponsors and other IT personnel
Required Skills:
Demonstrated success delivering strategic and complex enterprise solutions
Able to work collaboratively and communicate with various functional areas and employee levels within the company, from line-level to executive leadership
Capacity to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team situation
Creative and takes innovative approaches to problem solving
Expert using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Work experience in retail industry a must
