C2C multiple positions on SFDC for different locations across USA. Technical Architect

Design key technical components of the solution & own the end to end technical solution.
Participate in design sessions with the business & IT teams to provide various design alternatives.
Ensure the technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture of the client & scales with it in the near future.
Define technical best practices for the implementation.
Provide the Architecture/ high level design documents.
Perform code reviews & ensure adherence to best practices.
Evaluate possible application performance bottle necks at early stages of the implementation & recommend remedial measures.
Identify any application/code security issues & recommend remedial measures.
Strong expertise in various design patterns is a must.
Strong expertise in Apex & Visualforce is a must.
Strong expertise in various integration options that includes native APIs & multiple middlewares, like Informatica, Data Stage, Pervasive, Dell Boomi.
Help build reusable assets for use in future projects.
Support presales activities that includes effort estimation, proposal development
Experience with Gap Analysis & Road Map creation.
Ability to define the Config Management & Environment path for the implementation.
Experienced in working with large onsite & offshore teams. Certifications(Platform Developer II, Designer Certification(s is a must.

Role: SalesForce Admin

Job Location: Multiple Locations.


Responsible for daily administration and support of Salesforce database including, but not limited to managing multiple user setup, ensuring organizational hierarchy, profiles and roles are up to date, and administrating customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers.
Troubleshoot and work with end users to ensure that applications meet their needs and keep pace with changes in program operations, policies and procedures.
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards.
Provide technical support and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help modules for end users.
Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations for improvements and keep users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users and departments.
Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
Maintain and enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance and security in the instances.


Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
2+ years of experience with administration, overall 5 yrs of IT exp Admin,App Builder Certification is an absolute must.
Knowledge and understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Able to express complex technical concepts in business terms to effectively interface with all employees on use of Salesforce.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly analyze and resolve issues.

Follow low level designs & perform the application build.
Strong Adherence to all the best practices.
Develop custom code for application.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce is a must.
Develop custom code for data migration and integration.
Strong expertise on various APIs like SOAP, REST
Strong expertise in writing test classes & building triggers, batch classes, future methods etc.
Strong expertise in configurations like creating workflows, formula fields, roll up summary fields, assignment rules, roles, profiles, sharing settings etc.
Knowledge of working with Config management tools like sub version & Git Hub.
Should be able to use Eclipse IDE, Change Sets & ANT Scripts for code migration
Ability to work in large implementation team that execute in agile fashion.
Dev 401 is a must. Dev 501 is a plus.

SFDC Developer with Lightning:

Must Have: Salesforce experience with lightning components, Agile Scrum experience, focus of project is improving the sales teams’ experience, experience with developing components that are mobile compatible, Web Services (REST/SOAP)
