Job Description :
1.       Meetings:

a.       Weekly:

i.      Prepare meeting materials and hold weekly FHB project team meetings.

b.       Monthly

i.      Prepare meeting materials (draft and gather content for meeting deck) and coordinate with respective C level exec admins to setup meeting for everyone.

ii.      Prepare meeting agenda (gather content from RMD and Controllers) for Deloitte meeting.

c.       Draft, finalize and disseminate meeting minutes. 

d.       Follow up on open items from the meetings.

e.       Setup and attend (as needed)any other CECL related meetings.

2.       Maintain SharePoint. (MS SharePoint experience preferred but not required)

a.       Maintain user access.

b.       Build, modify, remove SharePoint Lists and Library as needed.

c.       Update, upload and remove content as needed.

d.       Maintain existing SharePoint Lists & Libraries – Action Items, Issues Log, Deliverables Tracker, Decision Tracker, etc.

3.       Maintain Project Plan (Microsoft Project Plan experience preferred but not required

a.       Follow up on past due tasks with responsible party.

b.       Update the project plan to add, update %, remove tasks, etc.

4.       Follow up on open items relating to CECL project.

5.       Manage Test Lead resource.

a.       Coordinate testing efforts with RMD resources.

b.       Assist with tracking progress of testing to ensure timeline is met and expected requirements to be tested are identified and incorporated into the test scripts.

6.       Maintain project deliverables.

7.       Reporting – Draft and finalize bi-weekly project status updates in Clarity.

8.       Track and report on project financials.

9.       Escalate to Project Owner any issues and risks.

10.   Support Project Owner with any other CECL related tasks.
