Job: Junior Service Desk
Location: Iselin, NJ

Type of Hire: Contract



Job Description:
Good knowledge of creation of PDF documents using defined tools and burn it to CD/DVD
CD/DVD burning concepts and hands-on experience
Run custom tools to proof read PDF documents before CD/DVD burning
Basic file share repository knowledge (FTP)
Conducts Configuration Testing as per the requirements. 
Packing and Shipping the CD/DVD to requested shipping address using the existing contract with shipping/logistics companies 
Verify that the label of the CD/DVD matches the Requirements
Verify Shipping Label
Perform sampling and Quality checks on completed requests as per the requirements 
Facilitates the shipment of the media or file transfer to the Client
Basic knowledge of working with CSM/ITSM ticketing tool to create/update tickets. 

Technical degree preferred; 2-3 years of computer or network experience with 1-2 years of helpdesk support.
Excellent communication, organizational and prioritizing skills a must, able to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
Initiative, driven team member—must work well in a team first environment 
Must be skilled in setting priorities and allocating resources to meet customer technology requirements and time lines.
Advanced problem solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.
Knowledge of networking standards, protocols, security and troubleshooting
Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
Basic knowledge of Office suite, Windows 10 and PDF program
