Job Title:  Performance Test Lead

Location:  Jersey City, NJ

Duration :Long Term/Full time

Responsibilities:

         Minimum 9+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance in Performance Testing and Engineering

         Exposure to all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes and knowledge in V-model, Waterfall model, Agile development lifecycle.

         Experience in non-functional requirements gathering and analysis, preparing performance test plans, devising performance test strategies, providing effort-estimations.

         Experience with performance testing software like HP Load Runner and Performance Center, JMeter, CA Lisa, etc. - Mandatory

         Experience in various communication protocols not only limited to web (http/html), Web-services, Citrix. - Mandatory

         Extensive working experience in Citrix protocol and file batch testing. - Mandatory

         Good experience in script enhancement with custom coding if required.

         Experience in workload modeling and scenario design, Experience in designing scenario and conducting different types of performance tests: Load, Volume, Stress, Failover, Endurance, Scalability etc. along with strong background in and coordination of multiple resources/teams/vendors from different geographical locations on internet/intranet applications.

         Good experience with performance test and server monitoring using tool HP Load Runner Controller, HP Performance Center, CA Wily Introscope, dynaTrace, Perfmon, Sitescope, Team Quest, native monitoring, etc. - Mandatory

         Good understanding of JVM monitoring and analysis related to heap and thread. Experience in performance testing of various type of apps not only limited to web applications, middleware & service layers, Java/J2EE and .NET applications, client-server, Mainframe 3270, etc.

         Experience in providing technical approach and solutions for new initiatives for which require strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills

         Good exposure in team co-ordination and having good customer-orientation. Good communication and presentation skills
