Job Description :
·We are looking for an experienced Data Steward with a proven track record of maintaining High Quality Customer Data as per the predefined processes with in the agreed SLAs with customers. Working with Sales, Marketing & other operational teams you will focus on creating and updating customer data as per the requests.
·The candidate must have a passion for data quality, analyzing and researching company data to understand their hierarchies and their global structures.
·The candidate will also participate in providing feedback / improvements on current tools to development teams and participate in their testing activities.
·The candidate will focus on auditing data quality and fix the data errors on regular basis
·The candidate will work with remote teams to collaborate on any master data remediation initiatives
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
·5+ years of experience in Data Stewardship activities
·Strong experience with D&B data and a good understanding of their terminologies and hierarchies.
·Strong business acumen and experience on working with companies’ data belonging to different Geo’s AMS, EMEA & APAC.
·Excellent communication skills in collaborating and working with other team members
·Excellent written & spoken communication skills, and customer service-focus.
·Experience with advanced excel to perform functions like VLOOKUP, functions & macros.
·Knowledge of SQL will be a plus.
·Experience with Data quality / Data Remediation projects.
·Should be highly accurate and detail-oriented in terms of reviewing & analyzing the data.
