BSA (CRM)

We are looking for Business System Analyst with CRM (Salesforce) cloud experience and Customer Success (Preferred) Background. 

10+ years of IT industry experience.


Minimum 5 years as Business System Analyst. 
Experience with Sales (CRM) cloud / Customer Analytics space.
Should have knowledge of SaaS business applications.
Knowledge of Customer Success is plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
This is a business facing role and person should be able to drive meetings with business stakeholders.


Good to have: -

Candidate worked in subscription Revenue/ SaaS based Business subscription application at previous projects.
