Required skills must include knowledge of Lawson’s 4GL (Microfocus Cobol), Unix O/S, Oracle RDBMS, Process Flow (JavaScript) and/or IPA, and strong functional knowledge of the HR, PA, LP Absence Management, and Payroll systems within Lawson’s HR s Required skills must include knowledge of Lawson’s 4GL (Microfocus Cobol), Unix O/S, Oracle RDBMS, Process Flow (JavaScript) and/or IPA, and strong functional knowledge of the HR, PA, LP Absence Management, and Payroll systems within Lawson’s HR suite. MCPS developed a customized “time and attendance” application to record employee attendance and produce time records for payroll processing. This application is designed using the Lawson application development work bench platform. It is integrated within the core Lawson application suite.
