Position: Production Support

24X7 support with onsite – offshore model
Roles & Responsibilities
Good working Knowledge in Linux/Unix environments
Upgrading/patching machines with newer versions of software.
Deployment of code in different environments (QA, Prod)
Manual Monitoring of health of applications across portfolio.
Setting up test environments/test cases for customers for UAT
Work on data fixes at the backend
Work on configuration issues at the backend
Generate reports from backend
Write new SQL codes and modify existing ones
Write/update Shell scripts
The resources should have knowledge of Java to analyze log files/code base to identify issues
Working / interfacing directly with customers
