Job Description :
Oracle Cloud Implementation - Start 5/1 - 6+ month duration, Lehi, UT
Modules: SC - Procurement/OM/INV

Must have worked as a lead consultant for Oracle Cloud SCM
Able to independently identify solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices
Able to lead cross-functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions

Successful Consultants will have the following background:
o 10 years’ experience working with Oracle EBS SCM professional who has transitioned to Oracle Cloud SCM, coming from the Oracle EBS space
o Experience in solution architecture and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical development
o Business process analysis and redesign experience, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation
o Possess strong leadership skills

Application experience:
o Oracle EBS Procurement experience: Experience with 2 or more complete cradle to grave implementations of the OM/INV modules

Business Skills required:
o Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support
o Consulting skills: self-motivated, team oriented, positive attitude, with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
o Excellent written and verbal communication including presentation skills
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
o Tool knowledge: MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
o Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
o Strong business background, working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
o Effectively produces deliverables
o Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during project execution
o Organized and detailed oriented
