Primary Purpose:
Primary responsibility for supporting Workday reporting/analytics by developing complex reporting solutions and dashboards.
Work with our internal clients including Senior management to define reporting requirements and lead the development of reports to timely completion with accurate data. This includes evaluating, designing, developing and testing reports for Human Systems (HS), Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, and Benefit functional modules utilizing the Workday reporting framework. Serve as a technical point of contact for functional areas assisting in production support including troubleshooting issues, performing system configurations, uploading data, data analysis, and testing system releases.

Development of complex, custom Workday reports. Work with management including senior management, lines of business and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) subject matter experts to document report requirements, design, develop and deliver *Workday reports using Workday''s reporting framework. Serve as the Workday Human Capital Management/Payroll/Benefits data and reporting subject matter expert* for various HS projects. Maintain expert knowledge of HS data and database structures in order to provide reporting solutions. Recommend and develop technology solutions to increase the efficiency of HS processes. Perform a lead support role in development and support for management requested data and analytics to help drive business value. Assume primary responsibility for the development of complex reporting solutions to include uploading of critical HS information into systems and creation of third-party interfaces. Develop system enhancements to include interpreting business requirements into system specifications, performing system testing, and conducting user training. Maintain a sound working knowledge of PC software/hardware in order to support HS personnel in PC-related applications. Identify and develop self-service applications for information delivery to lines of business. Develop and deliver training to end-users on reporting.
Provide training and support to less experienced team members. Identify and resolve technical or process issues impacting HS/Payroll data integrity. Provide expertise for the Workday system update process, implementation of new functionality and various HR/Payroll projects including project management. Maintain excellent client service relationships by providing the perfect client experience.

-Bachelor''s degree in computer science or other business related field or equivalent education and related training

-Five years of HRIS or advanced reporting experience

-Demonstrated analytical and logical approach to problem solving

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Desired Skills:
-Experience with Workday report writing tools and dashboard development
-Experience developing HS analytics
