Job Description :
12+ years PS HCM experience with deep expertise on the areas below or have worked with multiple clients on these areas so they can offer a variety of options rather than a single method with which they are comfortable.

Resource skill requirements

HCM Security - architect level design knowledge (including Department Security Tree, Roles, Permission Lists)

Matrix Team - design and configuration
Position Management - organizational reporting structures using position
Delegation methodologies utilizing Security Roles
Multiple Job functionality and job sharing (client utilizes Job more as Assignments with a single FEIN rather than across multiple FEIN''s)
Person of Interest, Contingent Workers, etc. - must have worked with clients who have housed these in their database.
