Job Description :
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Responsible for ongoing development of our : mail, mobile, social media, web personalization, advertising, content creation, content management and data analysis.
The temporary staff will act as a member of a wider technical and functional team that crosses several university departments. The consultant will work with this group to:
Conduct discoveries/planning sessions
Identify ways marketing activities can influence student success
Brainstorm best methods to integrate marketing functions into existing systems/processes.
Additionally, the consultant is expected to configure and setup Salesforce Marketing Cloud according to best practices including but not limited to the following activities and skills:
Salesforce Skills and Experience
Automation Tools, including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow and Apex
Custom Object Architecture
Experience working with Managed Packages
Understanding of Salesforce Security Model
Experience with ETL tools used with Salesforce
Experience with managing multiple use cases in a single Salesforce Org Marketing Cloud General
