MS Exchange

              Experience as a solution specialist with Office 365 & Exchange On-premise

              Experience in migrating applications on-premise mailboxes to Office 365

              Experience with PowerShell scripting

              In-depth knowledge and working experience on Exchange 2007, 2010 and 2013, O365, Lync, and Skype for business.

              Candidate should be capable of handling team members, mentor them and be the technical point of contact for internal and customer.

              Monitor, Administer, Troubleshoot and provide L1/L2/L3-Server Level of support for Email infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010/2013, O365 for a user base spread across multiple environments and time zones.

              Troubleshoot and administer the Exchange Active Sync (EAS) environment

              Keeping updated with the latest features and solutions for the products supported, and up-skilling as and when Program demands.

              Ensure 24x7 availability and ready to do rotational shift.

              Candidate should have a solid knowledge and experience on Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013, O365 & management and troubleshooting, for Clients/users spread globally.

              Candidate should be aware and experienced in Exchange 2007/2010/2013 concepts and features such as High Availability DAG, Clustering, Disaster Recovery, Auto-discover, Backups, Transport & Routing, etc.

              Exchange-based messaging and collaboration availability and security; including those involving user accounts, shared folders/calendars, mailing lists, and Outlook Web Access.

              Perform technical administrative tasks on a daily basis to ensure the stability and availability of Exchange servers, troubleshooting server, mail routing and replication related issues.

              Responsible to implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure Exchange server security through secure access & monitoring, control, and routine security evaluations.

              Manage Exchange database(s), antivirus applications, messaging filtering, and error log tracking.

              Experience in supporting Exchange Active Sync (EAS) infrastructure through MDM products such as Blackberry, Good Mobile. To ensure successful mail & calendar sync on device.

              Strong knowledge on Microsoft Windows2003 and 2008 Active Directory Services. (Installing, configuring, Administering & troubleshooting)

              Implementing & configuring Windows 2000 and 2003 Terminal services

              Developed organizational units in Active Directory (AD) and managed user security with group policies

              Coordinating with vendors in a regular basis to resolve any problems and make suggestions/recommendations

              Excellent knowledge VMware vSphere architecture, implementation and support for clients utilizing best practices for availability, reliability, and performance of compute, network, and storage resources to achieve dense virtualization ratios while maintaining SLAs.
