Recruiting: Security and tenant setup, Questions and questionnaires. Job requisitions and Evergreen requisitions; Job postings and career sites; Recruiting sub-processes; The Job Application business process; Prospects and candidates; Referrals; The candidate experience; The recruiter experience; Self-scheduled interviews and Microsoft Outlook integration; Customized offer letters; Candidate management and advanced question functionality; Security configurations; Confidential candidates and job requisitions; Reporting and analytics
On-boarding: On-boarding business process bulletin/announcement work-let, dashboard, document tracking, I-9 business process, e-verify integration, on-boarding, pre-hire and pre-contingent workers.
Learning: Basic learning elements such as topics, lessons, courses, and surveys, Advanced learning elements such as campaigns, mass enrollments, and wait-lists, Self-service functionality such as enrolling, dropping, commenting, and rating courses, Dashboards, work-lets, and sliders, Instructor and Manager functionality, Standard learning-focused reports and additional support resources.
