Position: Engagement Manager

Summary

The role of Engagement Manager is vital in the support of our valued Salesforce customer within North America.



Roles and Responsibilities  


Managing process, projects and personnel involved in the fulfillment and delivery of work products
Develop and maintain professional relationships with key decision makers and executives at our valued clients
Manage expectations and day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Assess project risk, define scope and lead engagement planning and budgeting
Act as a key contributor to the proposal development and pricing approach
Lead executive whiteboard/strategy sessions discussion around the Salesforce platform




Qualifications


Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
Exposure to or prior experience with Salesforce CRM
5-10 years’ prior experience in a consulting role or relevant management experience
Prior sales experience necessary, specifically working on multiple projects at once
Experience in Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile (Scrum) approaches to project management
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
