Job Description :
This position reports to the EPMO Director and acts as lead PM for high visibility, enterprise-level projects, or as part of a PM team on very large, cross-functional initiatives. You will have the opportunity to utilize your PM discipline, business acumen and consulting skills to ensure successful execution of high-value, high-impact complex projects that support the strategic goals and priorities of the enterprise. The position works with the entire PM team to actively support the continuous improvement and ongoing utilization of an enterprise Project Management Methodology You will rely on your ability to build relationships across areas and divisions to ensure high quality client experience.

Education
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree Healthcare, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Education
Masters Degree MBA or Healthcare

Intermediate organization skills and ability to identify problems, research solutions and reduce impacts to work
Intermediate presentation skills and able to teach and coach staff in other divisions and departments in the standard PM tools and methodologies
Advanced understanding and use of PM tools and methodologies
Advanced ability to manage projects within tight time, cost and quality targets
Demonstrates strong detailed planning, risks management, timeline and cost management
Basic or limited understanding of lean principles and tools
Intermediate communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization
Intermediate facilitation and presentation skills

5-7 years general career experience
