This system contains many artifacts of its history, structures and functions that no longer serve a purpose but have never been fully removed. The overall goals of the project are to enable the BCA to meet its statutory requirements and provide access to predatory offender data with a system that is
performant and reliable, and that maintains data integrity. The system should provide the capability to integrate with other data systems that enables maximum productivity within the BCA’s POR work unit and enables usability by external customers.
