The real estate market is undergoing a significant and exciting change – driven by data and technology. Digital and Technology powered products play a vital role in our mission to create unmatched value for our clients. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This position will be a critical in defining digital products and executing on them with engineering.
The candidate must have a passion for developing digital and technology powered products that blend seamlessly with customer’s workflows and provide the right information at the right time. The individual must possess technical expertise, project management experience and a strong knowledge of the engineering, agile software development and support processes. Creativity is key requirement as many times the customer looks to us to provide solutions to their problems. This position is strongly cross-functional in nature, requiring strong working relationships with multiple teams, including Data Analytics, User Experience, Marketing, Research, Engineering, and Operations. 



·         Balances business and customer needs. Ensures prioritization and trade-off discussions are customer-focused

·         Set roadmap prioritization and sprint goals. Own road-mapping, story writing, project execution, A/B testing, product analytics, and product roll-out support. 

·         Conduct competitive/market analysis to identify opportunities and potential disruptors.

·         Test and iterate in small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit, and then scale to drive vertical and horizontal economics 

·         Define Product learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure 

·         Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making 

·         Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps 

·         Owns the product backlog, facilitates discussions, and user story grooming

·            Monitor the status of development projects supporting new features



Must Have Skills:



The individual will need to be hands-on and work closely with all levels in the company, including senior management. The person needs to have or be:

·         Bachelor''s degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. 

·         Typically has 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience. 

·         Proactive in identifying problems early and to prioritize deliverables

·         Good combination of technical and business background

·         Self-motivated, smart and willingness to learn

·         Interest in, and focus on, customers and passionate about creating good user experiences

·         Excellent project management and organizational skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·          Knowledge of agile software development processes
