Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the architecture strategy, design, and implementation of API design.
* Lead, coordinate, facilitate, collaborate with a broad group of business and technical resources at executive and technical levels
* Provides architectural guidance and technical service to the plan/build/run application teams, as well as guidance and collaboration supporting the environment in conjunction with outsource providers.
* Proactively address significant business issues through technological innovation
* Manage technical components of large projects
* Evaluate and recommend alternate solutions in key technology areas
* Work cooperatively with technical personnel in other divisions and functions to accomplish enterprise-wide goals
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Maturity to accept direction, confidence to give direction
* Provide vendor governance for outsourced contracts and manage contract deliverables and SLAs
* Establish service-level metrics used to define and measure technology services
* Establish and manage effective vendor relationships
