Job Profile:- Reporting Analyst
Location: Norfolk VA
Duration: 6+ month

The Senior Analyst will work with the U.S. and India reporting team to manage automation assignments and projects. Partner with IT to automate and improve reporting. Work with Finance to correctly define dependencies between key business metrics and the financial model. Exercise consultation functions in analyzing performance trends with minimal expectations on suggesting effective courses of action to address gaps. Communicate regularly with leadership and various groups regarding status of routine and non-routine deliverables. Assume major role in the report planning and development, to ensure a smooth implementation and completion of tasks.
Provide value to online reporting, operating stats and service delivery data through automated tools. Prepare and publish key performance metrics/reports periodically daily, weekly, monthly reports from Orbit, COGNOS and Avaya/CMS
Work with IT to automate and improve dashboard reporting.
WFM (workforce management) Experience is a must!
Create logical and physical database design for reporting needs. Translate Excel reports into PowerPoint.
Support development teams with data analysis, and data validation for pre and post releases of tools.
3 – 5 years’ Experience with SQL, Access/Crystal Report, MS Excel, strong use of macros, pivot tables and automation.
Bachelor’s Degree Required
