SUMMARY :
The Sr. Actimize Engineer is responsible for working with leadership and key business stakeholders to understand, implement, and test business and functional requirements in relation to Actimize CDD, WLF, and SAM solutions. The Actimize Engineer should have a solid grasp on industry best practices for implementing AML/BSA products.
APPLICATION ENGINEER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Installation of Actimize AIS, ERCM, UDM, SAM, WLF, and CDD/EDD
Design & Development, UNIT / SIT Testing, UAT Support, User Training, Deployment, Post Production
Crate new Automation batch jobs to trigger Actimize jobs
Configuration of OOTB factors, rules and scoring parameters for WLF, SAM, and CDD
Configure ERCM OOTB feature for effective case management and reporting
Configure DART queries for advance reporting
SAR Form Development and Implementation
Perform daily activities such as running the batch processes, generate alerts and send status reports to all the stakeholders
Test run Actimize solutions in Sand Box servers and Troubleshoot performance issues during the initial run
Tuning thresholds and lists for CDD, SAM and WLF in Sandbox for optimum results
Warranty support for Actimize Solutions
Provides technical support for the system for daily operations including development, support, and maintenance activities for AIS,CDD,UDM,SAM,WLF and ERCM
Install Patch from Actimize for Actimize products issues / bugs
APPLICATION ENGINEER TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of relational databases/data layer required; Experience with MS-SQL
Experience with ETL development
Advanced T-SQL writing experience for procedural, reporting and troubleshooting
Knowledge of the Java programming language
Experience working with XML files
Knowledge of Agile development practices
Ability to administer and support MS Windows server environments
Basic understanding of Directory Services such as Active Directory and Open LDAP
Computer network fundamentals
Connectivity logic for IP sockets is an advantage
Understanding of network proxies, TLS, and general packet transport is a plus
Analytical skills for problem solving and ability to think creatively for solutions/ideas
Experience estimating system capacities and traffic engineering
Excellent communication and presentation skills required
APPLICATION ENGINEER EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is a plus; Equivalent technical training and experience is also considered
Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and troubleshooting AML/BSA applications required; Actimize specific experience desired
