Job Description :
Define project scope, plans, schedules, resources and timelines.
Track projects and deliverables against the schedules. Monitor and ensure SLAs are adhered to.
Lead a team of 5-10 TRIRIGA developers. Help the team in design, technical issues/bottlenecks and other development tasks.
Review project deliverables, ensure quality and ITSM change management processes are strictly adhered to.
Foster partnership with clients and other stakeholders. Understand client’s requirements and pain points, and provide technical solutions.
Manage escalations, issues and risks
Conduct weekly and monthly status reviews with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in various TRIRIGA tools such as Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Integration Objects, Classifications, Association Manager, Admin Console etc.
Collaborate, partner, coordinate and actively participate in calls/discussions with client, other team members, offshore team, end users and other support groups and ensure quick resolutions of incidents.
Perform root cause analysis, identify trends and ensure resolution of repeat incidents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
