Job Description :
At least 1+ years of experience in Bench Sales or US Recruitment 
Identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants on Bench.
Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
Good understanding US Staffing statutory requirements, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc experience in W2, C2C, and Contract to hire position

Experience t (Specializing in all technologies) with proven track record Managing end to end recruitment process for quality resources Strong communication, interpersonal, interviewing and human networking skills Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends

Must have used Internet extensively for searching resumes on various job portals and social networking websites Even regular follow-ups towards end client interviews conducted to help counterpart in USA. Working on W2/1099/Corp to Corp/OPT/CPT, Salary Negotiation/role fitment/date of joining, Closure & Reporting. Understand client vendor requirements.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently and is able to understand business workflow and operational requirements

Good written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.

Team player and willing to work in night shift.
Preferably with work experience in US Time zone.
