Job Description:
Client has Oracle HCM Payroll Implemented. They are facing challenges with respect how it is set up - configurations and a bit of design
Looks like, it is broken with respect to how application is supporting the payroll process and the BPO payroll users have to run some processes manually in between.
There seems to be some integration issues with T&L system (In this case it is Nova Time)
Issues with respect to some intermittent employee reports which Payroll team generates
Candidate does not need to design a whole lot of things but he/she should have an understanding of how Payroll Process works, how it is designed and setup in Oracle HCM Payroll because the candidate will have to work on following:
Provide L2/L3 (IT) support for resolving the tickets
Fix the broken elements like how to remove the manual interventions which BPO team has to do now because of faulty system configurations
Provide a view of how can they optimize integrations in Payroll (looks like earlier they was no quality and design check, so they kept on adding new integrations rather looking at the existing ones and see the opportunities to merge
Work description:
1. Technical design and build for integrations
2. Expertise in HCM Cloud integration techniques like HCM Extracts and HDL (Data Loader)
2. Lead the integration track
3. Area of exposure - Core HR, Benefits, Payroll
