Job Description
Technical Skills:
Total 5 - 6 years related experience in IT
Must have min 3 years of experience in design and implementation of BPM based solutions using Appian BPM software
Appian Designer (or above) certified, with A Score of 35+
Experience with Appian 17.x and latest 18.x version
Have worked on two or more Appian BPM implementations
Strong problem solving and design skills Appian-specific BPM development
Expertise with Appian SAIL, Process modeling, Task Reports, Reports, Records and application deployments.
Good to have Appian Plugin development experience, Integrations and Production support.
Ability to convert the Process requirements to Prototypes and screen flows for demonstration to business
Relational databases management systems, data modeling, database design, and Structured Query Language (SQL)
Experience or working knowledge in each of the following technologies: WebLogic, Shell
Strong problem solving and design skills Appian-specific BPM development
Behavioral Skills:
Must exercise a reasonable amount of independent judgment under a minimum of supervision
Must be able to train users and groups of users
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Qualification:
Any graduation.
