3D CAD Skills , 2D Schematic Design CAD a different software, PCB design



The reason for giving blue to few points is that the candidates proficiency is clear from electronics but not in electrical product design.

Mandatory Skills*


-Proficient electrical technical knowledge, Elevator knowledge is a plus
-Experience with Electrical HW Development, Analog and Digital
-Serial Bus Technology Experience, LON, CAN, TCP/IP
-Power Management Skills
-Power Electronic Skills for Motion Control
-Electromechanical Design Experience, including EMC
-Testing Experience and the use of Test Tools, Data Logger, Oscilloscope, etc.
-CSA and UL Certification Experience
-National Electrical Code Experience




Preferred Skills*


-Master Degree or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering
-7 Years of Development Engineering Experience, R&D Experience preferred
-ASME A17.1 is a plus
-Firmware Programming Experience is a plus
- Software Programming in C / C is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
-Leadership is a plus




Job Roles/Responsibilities*


Research and develop technical solutions for elevator products, components and systems
- Create Design Specifications which include optimized product cost and manufacturability
- Develop Components and System according to the Design Specification
- Document products with CAD / CAE, SAP, PDM, MS-Office and Intranet tools
- Support actively the project management organization at cross-functional projects / tasks
- Lead, coach and teach Engineers the Corporate R&D Core Competencies and help the Engineers to develop their Careers 
- Actively support the line organization technically in their core competencies
- Technical responsibility for assigned products
- Support all activities to become a knowledge-based company
- Support a positive and innovative climate for development, referring to best demonstrated practice
- Positively influence others by using an open and constructive dialogue
