        The Windows 10 Technical Project Manager will lead the effort to migrate the enterprise end user                    facing desktop endpoints to Windows 10/Office 2016.

        Directly manage the Win10 Project

        Develop migration plan and assign work packets to teams

        Manage global teams onsite and offshore to monitor plan and track the project progress

        Review migration schedules and ensure milestones are met

        The individual must be extremely adaptable, independent contributor, and provide overall quality         

control to the project.

        Experience in leading the development, engineering and deployment of technology solutions is 

required with a firm understanding of migration methodologies and deployment systems like SCCM

        Collaborates with Sr. stakeholders and business leaders to define scope, requirements, project   

governance, design, testing, timeline, and budget, and adheres to company standards.

        Develops and implements templates and standards for project deliverables and work products.

        Documents meeting minutes and decisions, and tracks and manages project risks and issues.

        Creates and presents status reports and executive dashboards on project progress and issues.

        Facilitates impact analyses of current/existing technologies on the program.

        May contribute and/or lead vendor relationship management for project-related vendors; supports

enterprise vendor management standards and coordinates initial contracts, contract renewals, and

addenda to contracts with key project vendors.

        Monitors project and/or program execution and escalates project issues as necessary.





Skills.

        12-15 years of IT experience in the IT infrastructure domain  with a min of  5 years as a sr

project/program manager with key understanding of enterprise desktop computing

        Good understanding on Desktop migration and deployments systems like USMT, SCCM etc

        Must have prior experience in managing Windows OS migration projects in an enterprise

        Being able to work in a fast-cycle, fast-paced, dynamic environment, where changes occur daily.

        Must be a hands-on Project Manager

        Excellent understanding of migration methodologies and deployment systems (SCCM)

        Proven experience is working with distributed teams

        Capability to interact with Sr. stakeholders and CXo’s

        Good presentation and planning skills

        Must be able to work in a high pressure environment

        Ability to work independently with min supervision

        Should be able to provide guidance to the migration teams to ensure the success of all key milestones
