Job Description:
Ideal Candidate and Required Skills:
– 2/3 year server team experience. Data center operations or equivalent experience. Industry certifications not required, but preferred. Proficient with VMware, Cisco UCS, LTM, Active Directory, SQL, SCCM, Qualys and Netbackup. Functional knowledge of server/networked environments, storage NAS / SAN. Strong customer service skills and ability to be collaborative member of a highly technical support team. 2nd shift resources should be senior level. 3rd shift resources should be intermediate level.
Shifts – Mix of 2nd and 3rd shift supporting Bunker East. Requesting resources who want to work 3rd shift. 2nd Shift hours are four 10 hour work days. Front half of the week is 11:00am to 9:30pm, Sun – Wed and back half is same times on Wed – Sat. 3rd shift hours on front half of the week are 9:00pm to 7:30am Sat night – Wed morning or back half of the week which is same times Tues night through Sat morning
