Salesforce Developer,

Columbus, OH 

12+ Months Contract

Function in an individual contributor capacity to provide Salesforce platform support and fulfill enhancement requests
Use recognized industry models (e.g. Scrum) and other agile methodologies to design, develop, execute, and continuously improve Salesforce development in collaboration with all major stakeholder and functional roles
Through direct interaction with internal stakeholders, lead and drive problem solving of business and technology challenges to define optimal solutions
Provide peer coaching and mentoring to cultivate high-performing teams and support individual growth


Proven experience administering and developing Salesforce, including Sales CRM, Service CRM, Lightning, Communities, Apex, and associated integrations (must have)
Experience with Mulesoft, specifically building Experience APIs (nice to have)
Experience developing applications using Agile methodologies (nice to have)
Ability to communicate, facilitate, and present technical topics to diverse audiences (must have)
Ability to learn quickly and take action (must have)
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influence skills (must have)
Willingness and ability to coach others (must have)
Ability to effectively manage up, down, and across organizational structures (nice to have)

Preferred (but not required) qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
5+ years of Information Technology experience
3+ years Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (nice to have)
