Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Operations Analyst with strong technical and data management skills leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities. This individual should have a strong track record of executing well on daily tasks and have experience in importing, exporting, cleaning, transforming, validating and modeling data, especially in a MS Excel and Salesforce.com environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for executing and processing of data change requests
Responsible for maintenance, administration and support of data elements
Ensures metadata, reference documentation, data files and data flows are accurate and up to date
Create mappings between fields in the different sources/systems
Support with data validation, quality issues, integrity, accuracy, consistency and works to resolve impacting issues related to data elements; de-duplication and cleaning
Assisting with data analysis in Salesforce and Excel as needed
Creation and generation of reports on various metrics both quantitative and qualitative in Excel, Salesforce and other systems/tools
Execution of change requests using the whole bandwidth of declarative Salesforce (especially Sales Cloud) features eg. Process builder, visual workflow, validation rules, manage custom objects and fields, User access administration, regular data loads, data validation
Following Salesforce changes through internal Change control process and documentation
Support our Salesforce Classic to Lightning transition process
Maintain existing Salesforce based business processes
Perform special projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201) or Developer certification required
Strong Salesforce.com configuration and data base knowledge required preferably in the Lightning UX
5+ years of experience in data management, operations or business analyst role
Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, macros
Strong Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Management experience required; Database/SQL skills is a plus
Experience with integration technologies i.e. ETL, data migration and packaged applications
Experience supporting a sales/account management organization
Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
Effective prioritization, organization and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
