Job Description :
Provides support and assistance to technology team serving as a liaison between business and technology to translate strategic and tactical objectives into workable solutions.Works on small projects or as a team member on larger information technology projects typically under direction of a more senior business analysts. Assists in identifying and implementing solutions, performing cost-benefit analyses and measuring results. Assists in capturing analyzing and documenting business and end user requirements. Assists in the preparation of the testing strategy and testing the execution plan. Assists business and functional resources in the design of efficient business processes that fully leverage technical solutions being delivered or developed. Documents requirements, completed work assignments, and changes to existing configurations. Gathers, analyzes, and documents current practices, workflows, and business needs to identify efficiencies, alternatives, and gaps. Analyses as a contributing member of the function in information technology capacity, vendor capabilities, and business processes to suggest improvements, propose automation, and streamline business intelligence and decision processes. Assists with problem analysis. As part of the team, ensures that technical functional specifications cover all business functional specifications. Participates in ensuring positive relationships with other company functions involved in the design process.
