Role: Client Account Lead/ Account Manager

Job Duties:



Able to do Full Life Cycle Recruiting - sourcing, prescreening, salary and contract negotiations, submission, interview coordination and making offer letters and contract agreements and meet client’s start date deadlines, candidate placement.


To continually maintain a direct line of communication with the Sales Leadership regarding all necessary information related to efforts and business development activities.


Leverage existing relationships along with new relationships and network to open new business opportunities as well as expand market share with existing accounts.


Independently create new business and actively contact assigned prospects and clients to build a pipeline of new business opportunities.


Develop his/her methods for identifying, qualifying, and maintaining relationships with key decision makers from target customers.


Develop, implement, and be a key contributor to achieving corporate strategies and objectives for new business development/existing account management.


Negotiate work orders with potential clients, secure client requirements and job orders (business opportunities), submit qualified candidates for client needs, and close business opportunities.


Proactively establish and maintain contact & relationships with accounts and target accounts in an effort to expand sales opportunities.


Ensure that business development targets are achieved and exceeded.
