Our client is in need of a UCCE Engineer in Redmond, Washington. Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Engineer (UCCE They need a professional that has great technical depth within this platform so they can work with the business to gather requirements, as well as be able to explain the full functionalities of the IVR.
