Test Analyst – Lead

Competency Required: Selenium, UFT, Postman, SOAP UI, CA DEV TEST and REST Assured, PL/SQL
Proficiency of Competency: Intermediate Minimum
Years of Experience: 6-8
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for design, development, support, maintenance and implementation of the Model scripting.
2. Develop test plan, prepare effort estimation and schedule for project execution,
3. Prepare test cases, review test case result and anchor defects prevention activities, interface with customers for issue
4. Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the execution of model scripts.
5. Should attend the team meetings without fail and report the status of the current activity.
6. Should be able to deliver the content on time.
7. Interact with product managers and engineers, to clarify and break down user stories and bugs
8. Should respond to customer requests timely and provide support whenever required.
9. Ensure effective test execution by reviewing knowledge management activities, adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
Skills:
1. Should have 6-8 years of experience.
2. Must have 3+ years of automation experience
3. Should have domain and technical thought leadership within testing space and developed testing solutions, frameworks to meet testing business requirements
4. Strong hands on knowledge of Selenium, UFT, Postman, SOAP UI, CA DEV TEST and REST Assured, PL/SQL
5. Hand on experience with test management tools like Jira, HP ALM etc.
6. Experience in integrating test automation framework with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins and Bamboo
7. Experience in BDD and Agile Testing practices
8. Experience in building/upgrading automation frameworks
9. Requires good oral and written communication skills
