Essential Job Functions

Establishes and maintains networking relationships with middle management in client organizations (Relationship Management

Participates in gathering technical requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., facilitated workshops, work sessions and interviews); performs technical analysis and design to the sub-system level (Technical
Deliver demonstrations of all out-of-box ServiceNow Capabilities including making configurations tailored to client.
Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of commercial customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis
Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and remote
Continue hands on development work that leads to client decision to fund a formal project for proof-of-concept and / or pilot solution work.

Collaborates with Solution Architect, Technical Architect and Program Manager to provide the best demonstration and presentation of solutions to meet critical client needs, deliver outcomes and generate maximum business value.
Defines requirements for master data sources needed for client solutions.
Ability to work at both high level and expert level resources at client to obtain current capability, process maturity and desired outcomes.
Develops standards, templates, and procedures to deliver world-class demonstrations including training to expand demonstration capability to others.
Define operation model to sustain viable demonstrations with current tickets and enough content to populate Dashboards, Reports and List with relevant and progressive ticket data.
Partner with the Sales Executive throughout the sales cycle as needed to help secure business
Act as the subject matter expert related to how ServiceNow products are used for maximum business benefits, integrate with other business platforms.
Can talk confidently about ServiceNow Security, Infrastructure, and High Availability.
Support sales opportunities by conducting customized demonstrations, presentations and proofs of concept, including conducting discovery sessions with clients
Articulate the value of the proposed ServiceNow solution in the context of the customers business problem and requirements
Support sales personnel in proactive road mapping sessions to assist our customers in prioritizing needs and budgets
Assist the sales personnel in Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
Stay current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POC
Support marketing events (e.g., user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc
Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
Prepare for deployment by working with Sales Personnel and Professional Services to conduct transition briefing by communicating commitments, expectations etc.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 or more years demonstrating ServiceNow Capabilities to external clients, internal trainers will be considered with 3-5 years of experience
One to two years of relevant experience in a particular ServiceNow Suite beyond ITSM
Experience working with techniques, tools, and approaches for application development and system integration
Experience working with techniques and approaches for demonstrating technical solution
Professional presentation training and experience will be given stronger consideration
