JOB DESCRIPTION :
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Develop analysis and reporting capabilities
· Monitor adoption performance and identify improvements
· Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
· Develop and implement databases, dashboards, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
· Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
· Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems
· Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
· Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
· Responsible for creating templates for submitted deliverables and writing technical content. (Templates include those for business case analysis, and other ad-hoc templates)
· Support OCM Lead in client management, responding to ad-hoc report requests, facilitating and adoption briefings
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Proficient in Tableau, SPLUNK Data, SQL, MS Excel, Word, Access, and Project
· Proficient in statistical modeling, data transformation
· Strong technical writing ability
· Must be capable of leading interactions with client
· Must be detail-oriented, cognizant of project plan deadlines.
· Must be capable of assisting OCM Lead in final production of deliverables (e.g.; editing, formatting) Microsoft Excel (extensive)
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
· Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
· Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
· Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
· Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
