Skill Set: BA with HR Background (Oracle HCM Cloud) would be MAJOR PLUS (HR systems like PeopleSoft, Workday, Success Factors would be really helpful)




Strong BA skills - proven ability to understand and clearly articulate business needs and requirements through excellent elicitation and analysis skills 2. Proven ability to apply strong business analysis skills while working in an agile environment – translating requirements into features & stories, supplementing with appropriate discussions, visuals and documentation to gain shared understanding, highly collaborative nature 3. Initiative and ability to deliver – can dig in, learn quickly, and provide value quickly, without someone else providing high degree of direction/instruction/guidance Desired 1. Previous experience with HR business processes or systems 2. Previous experience with product ownership and agile practices.




Other departments they will interact with? HR business areas (talent, compensation, employee data management); offshore team, some non-US business areas (Chile, Mexico, Hong Kong)
