MUST HAVE ADX Experience
Onsite - Data Migration • Knowledge of Dynamics Customer Engagement (CRM) product • Well versed in data migration methods, practices for Dynamics Release and Build Management • Well versed in release and build management for Dynamics Customer Engagement (CRM) product implementations Implementation Experience • At least 10 or more full life cycle Dynamics implementations • Technical lead for at least 3 Dynamics implementations managing DM, Build-Release management
Data Migration • Lead data migration interactions with customer team • Manage the trial and final data load runs with the customer • Troubleshoot data load errors • Develop/update data migration mapping, DIXF templates and load data • Provide guidance to customer team to progress data validation Release and Build Management • Execution of technical build, merge, compile, synchronize and validation activities for the end-to-end technical solution • Document and execute technical deployment activities to ensure secure deployment of a release • Maintain the controlled nature of environments (through approved, managed and controlled release processes) and ensuring all changes are documented appropriately • Undertake detailed investigation and technical resolution activities relating to system release issues • Develop and maintain technical system deployment documentation, including release notes • Liaising with Customer, Project teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues • Ensuring all issues identified are captured in issue tracking system
