JOB DESCRIPTION :

Candidates are expected to provide samples of their work if called back for second interview.

.  The ideal candidate has very organizational skills, knowledge of a learning management systems and Captivate elearning modules, in addition to strong soft skills, excellent listening skills with relationship management experience up to executive level.  The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and is a team player. All work is highly visible work.



Job Duties:


Assist in the development of a training plan for the Kronos implementation as well as a post-go-live training plan.
Work with Kronos and WMC subject matter experts to manage the training deliverables.
Supplement Kronos-provided training materials where need exceeds contract, including updating eLearning modules, development of job aides, updating lesson plans.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Kronos training environment.
Develop a strategy for developing and maintaining all job aides, including lesson plans and tip sheets.
Implement a communication strategy for system changes.
Partner with the implementation team to identify and address change management needs through the training process as applicable.
Teach instructor led classes. Assure that classroom instructors are utilizing effective training strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in the context of OSUWMC client expectations.
Convene and/or attend project planning meetings, creating agendas, minutes and action items; complete weekly status reports; create project charters.
Must be comfortable working in a Healthcare environment which includes working in areas occupied by patients. Team Work, neatness of appearance and output of work effort is emphasized.  Conformance to dress code and wearing of OSUWMC Contractor ID badge at all time is required.


Qualifications:


Solid Relationship Management experience.
Candidate with prior position in Kronos and/or technical training will be reviewed first before other candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technology staff, business stakeholders and clients.
Productivity tools include Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Cornerstone LMS, Captivate; proficiency of 8-10 on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely implementation of assigned projects.
