Position Summary: Investigate, analyze and resolve application issues with minimal direction. 
Perform and lead field investigations of application issues and interface with field users and management.
Perform and lead application training and provide input in the development of training materials. 
Perform data analysis and assist in the development of reports. 
Perform application administrative functions and develop associated administrative procedures. 
Take the lead to assist support staff in investigating and resolving application issues. 
Lead efforts with business unit employees to define and build business processes and the functional requirements for associated applications. 
Provide assistance and guidance to employees across the corporation in the proper use of applications. 
Lead the development of application testing plans and take a lead role in providing required user training plans. 
Perform application training. 
Perform application administrative functions. 
Assist support staff in investigating and resolving applications issues. 
Works with business unit employees and external contractors to define and build business processes and associated applications. 
Provide assistance and guidance to employees and external contractors in the proper use of applications. 
Develops and coordinates application testing and takes a lead role in providing required user training plans and materials. 






Principal Accountabilities: 
1. Investigate and resolve application issues. 
2. Perform data analysis. 
3. Participate in process design and develop business cases. 
4. Perform application training. 
6. Coordinate field user group activities. 
7. Perform application administrative functions. 
8. Help to develop test plans, test and coordinate the application test process. 
9. Develop training plans, materials and coordinate the training of application users. 
10. Collect and identify user requirements from management and users. 
12. Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behaviour and support the Company''s Corporate Compliance Policy. 
13. Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 



Minimum Requirements: 

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering, Math or Statistics 
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred* 

Experience: 3 - 8 Years of Experience with a Bachelor''s Degree 
4 - 9 Years of Experience with Associate''s Degree 



Other needed skills: 
Two years SharePoint administration 
Two years ASP. Net or ASP. Net/ Nintex Certified 
Two years of building SharePoint native or designer workflows 
Expert Level in Excel 



Preferred skills: 
SharePoint Complex lists 
Document content management 
Microsoft Office Site Templates and Workflow 
SharePoint Native Workflow 
Nintex Workflow
