The person should have very good knowledge of Order Processing & Pricing in SAP ECC & CRM.
Understanding, configuring & Testing in SAP OTC flow.
Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other team members.
Coaches, motivates and guides team members.
Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met.
Has advanced functional knowledge of area of responsibility.
Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review.

Understanding, configuring & Testing in SAP CRM flow.
8+ years SAP CRM and SD consulting experience with multiple full project lifecycle implementations and a minimum of three FLC projects as a Senior or Lead Consultant as a CRM resource.
Experience in CRM 7.0 and above is essential.
Understanding of SAP ECC Sales and Distribution and all cross-functional touch points.
Expertise in CRM service, Service contracts, service orders, service confirmation , Installed base, service parts management, Business Partners, Products, returns and repairs.
CRM web UI configuring and SPRO configuration. middleware.
SAP CRM end to end process
5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing technology platforms for the Hi-tech industry.
Position III: SAP CRM Sr. Functional consultant

Design, deliver, and support solution for Sales and Customer Services business groups.
Partners with business users to identify opportunity for improvements and address complex business problem.
Share SAP out of box capabilities and influence solution to use out box capabilities with necessary enhancements to provide end-to-end solution.
Communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, including the business and technical teams.
Work closely with onsite team, off shore team, managers and executives to ensure the release of high quality solutions.
Comply with regulatory and change control requirements and processes
Primary solution eco-systems is based on SAP (such as SAP CRM, CRM Middleware, and SAP ECC), and custom solutions. Key functional capacities includes Opportunity Management, Quote Management, Promotions, Territory Management, Service Request/call center, Complaints & RMA, Inventory Management, Asset/Installbase Management, Service Contract Management and master data management. It is 24x7 operations to support our business users who help our customers.
Expertize in delivering solutions in SAP for Sales and Service business area
Experience in partnering with business in designing the processes and system solutions for complex business problems.
Experience with SAP Full Life Cycle implementations
