ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Comprehensive review and analysis of PMO data to ensure consistency and compliance with departmental needs and external sources. Provide recurring (weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual) reports to PMO team and leadership highlighting compliance and non-compliance. Track non-compliance until corrected. Become the Subject Matter Expert with regards to PMO tools including technical details. Improve reporting, identify weaknesses, and maintain/develop internal documentation that ensures accurate, timely and efficient PMO reporting.

Support PMO VP and leadership team in monthly and annual project budget and schedule compliance/variance reporting and other ad hoc reporting needs.

Provide PMO Systems administrative support as outlined above.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE: Include knowledge of equipment, technology, software, theories, and professional expertise essential to perform the job.
Advanced to Expert knowledge of MSP Online Configuration
Experience planning, managing, and controlling configuration of MSP Online
Experience in providing user support of MSP Online and maintaining system records
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
Advanced to Expert knowledge of SQL
Proficiency with Tableau or similar
