Job Title: Sr. WMS Functional Consultant
Job Location: Chicago, IL
Job Type: Contract
Senior Functional consultant in NetSuite Modules- WMS, Advance WMS and Inventory management module preferred and production support experience
Total experience in WMS of 10-14 yrs
At least 4-5 years of experience in handling complex Advance WMS module implementation and able to fine tune already implemented Advance WMS system to bring down all the issues faced in current implementation in NetSuite
80% of work nature will be production support issue and interact with business users in NA, UK
Should be able to handle all the production support issues in WMS, Advance WMS in NetSuite
Very rich experience in business users’ interaction to gather existing business WMS flow and fix the issues in Advance WMS module
Should be able to cover customizations from business process, Admin, Configuration, Custom fields
Experience is training business users on WMS modules on the changes done to the existing system
Imparting Functional Knowledge to the team for Enhancement and Bug Fixes
Lead the transition from shadowing to primary support
Testing Bug Fixes and Enhancement
Able to own all customizations end-end on respective module which includes business process, documentation, Admin configuration, custom fields, Saved search and workflow except NetSuite Scripting
Relocate to Chicago client place is mandatory
