Job Description:
Bachelor''s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,, required.
Minimum of seven (10) Years of hands-on experience with creating and maintaining a large centralized data repository, required. Healthcare environment and clinical applications experience are Mandatory.
Extensive experience with data modeling, data architecture and SQL query writing, required.
Develops the logical and physical design of the enterprise architecture, including design, build and implementation of ODS, Data Warehouse, MDM and Data marts, etc.
Analyzes existing data models for applicability to ODS, Data Warehouse and Data Marts schemas.
Collaborates with stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate implementation methodology, project milestones and system functionality.
Works with application administrators, users, IT staff and vendors to facilitate data warehousing tool selection and to manage data architecture enhancements and issues.
Acts as subject matter expert and makes recommendations and provides technical counsel to IT staff and end-user departments as necessary.
Provides expertise in data modeling, SQL reporting and data management.
Collaborates with ETL team to define and implement standards for ET design and development and utilization of appropriate methodologies.
Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports. Ensure performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion.
