Senior Systems Architect Clinical Integration

Hands on development with .Net or Java (8-10 years)
Hands on development with Azure (1-3 years)
Experience with EHR clinical integrations (IHE Profiles or custom protocols)
Experience leading the development teams (3-5 years)
Experience collecting requirements from business and converting them into technical solutions (3-5 years)
Experience with EHRs workflow (EPIC, Allscripts, Cerner etc (1-3 years)
Experience implementing solution according to HIPAA and Privacy rules especially in relationship to payers domain (3-5 years)
Experience processing CCD-A (and various CCD-A templates) (1-3 years)
Familiar with SMART on FHIR concept
Familiar with HL7 concepts
Familiar with clinical domains CPT, ICD, LOINC
Familiar with Agile
BS in engineering or computer science
Bonus
- Experience designing solutions connecting to EHR via vendor provider APIs (SMART on FHIR or custom)
- Hands on experience with Openshift
This role will
- be a part of an Agile development team for a clinical interoperability product
- be spending 50% coding and 50% working on architecture of the product
- be responsible delivering overall direction to the product
- be positioned in Raleigh, NC
- work typical on shore hours (9am-5pm ET) with occasional meetings earlier or later to support other time zones as needed
