Database Design
Programming to use the existing BCA MRAP integration
Create an integration with the HRAP program in partnership with county’s integration team and the Sherriff’s Office
Programming to perform lineup
Programming to record webcam and screen activity
Programming to play back video in court


Experience developer in the creations of NEW systems
Technical integration skills
Experience with Audio/Video software development – A MUST
Windows environment
Microsoft SQL Server DB (version 2018 is what we have today)
Working with the business sponsor directly for enhancements, changes
Agile iterative approach will be used (not waterfall)
Strong testing knowledge – functional, facilitating UAT, etc.
Technical documentation (physical/logical/data/integrations)
Excellent communication skills

Microsoft .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Windows forms

List of Deliverables: ­                                                                                                                                                      

The following deliverables are expected:

Software development - create/build/implement a Police Lineup System
Lead unit testing to include managing and oversight of results, progress.
Coordinate business sign off / approvals per change
Resolve technical issues/development changes using Agile approach   
Technical documentation (physical/logical/data/integrations/security)
System administration and security – i.e. creating new accounts/users
Co-owning new system training with business sponsor
Attend meetings, lead technical discussions with business sponsor(s)

Working with our Central IT department for change case submission per the county’s change and release management process(s)
