Job Description :
Our Client in IL looking for AMS/AD Transition Manager
Ensure smooth transition of AMS and AD services from current state delivery model to future state delivery model
Represent BUs and regions on AMS / AD Transition team
Coordinate Transition work-streams activities across all BU’s and regions
Maintain an integrated transition project plan, including tracking all pre go live work streams
Maintain and escalate as necessary all risks, issues and action items
Working with respective service providers and BU / region IT delivery teams, develop, maintain and execute against the agreed upon transition plan, including key milestones
Act as the single point of contact and escalation for all BU / regional transition related activities
Manage the transition and deliver within time and cost committed
Communicate the transition schedule and status to the BUs / regions and TMO
Be accountable for transition service quality
Ensure BUs / regions understands their responsibility in transition
Ensure service providers create and maintain all support documentation associated with the transition
Strong supplier and IT Vendor management
Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities
Large scale AMS / AD transition experience
Team skills management
Workload management and coordination of team activities
Smart decision making
Application support and development experience
