a. Skilled at contributing to problem solving in a technical / data focused landscape
b. Managing scrum activities (coaching product owners; daily scrum calls; product increment planning)
c. Ability to lead a team of technical analysts and developers
d. Skilled at building status updates
e. Communicating to executive leadership
f. Business analysis / data analysis skills
g. Contributing to QA work on business facing assets
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities
a. CA Agile Central (or any other agile software)
b. PPM Optics (or any PPM software)
c. Tableau / Power BI / alteryx
What skills/attributes are a must have
a. Everything listed above, except perhaps QA
What skills/attributes are nice to have
a. Tableau / data visualization
